SEH - Denver Bridge Removal

Another project we shot for SEH in Denver. Check out the fantastic transformation: The City and County of Denver (CCD) was faced with a challenge in the heart of its downtown: the need to remove an existing pedestrian bridge over Champa Street and 13th Street, make upgrades to 13th Street and provide critical repairs to the Denver Performing Arts Complex (DPAC) parking garage in order to reinvigorate pedestrian activity, access and safety throughout the area. SEH was selected to lead the project, undertaking civil, structural, traffic and wastewater engineering, survey and utilities coordination (among other responsibilities). Now complete, the project provides a walkable, inviting space along 13th Street that serves as the main pedestrian pathway from the Colorado Convention Center and the Regional Transportation District Light Rail Station to the DPAC. The BEFORE and AFTER images featured in the video above offer a unique look at the stark improvements, while the project story and client insight reveal the impacts to downtown Denver.
